One Percent Program at the First Nations UNLIMITED Summit

We were honoured to have our co-founder Jahdai Vigona present at the First Nations UNLIMITED Summit, a two-day event dedicated to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, teams, and allies working together to create meaningful change — on Country, in community, and across systems.

His keynote, “One Percent Better: Leadership, Vulnerability & The Courage to Show Up,” focused on:

  • Building a culture of courage and vulnerability in leadership

  • Encouraging values-driven, purpose-led action

  • Turning lived experience into strength and impact

  • Understanding cultural identity as a leadership asset

  • The story behind the One Percent Program and its future direction

The summit provided an opportunity to share insights, strengthen networks, and celebrate the power of First Nations leadership. We’re proud to contribute to these important conversations and to continue building programs that empower individuals and communities to grow, lead, and create lasting change.
