One Percent Program is a Darwin-based social enterprise established in 2023 that delivers culturally appropriate mental health, wellbeing, and domestic violence awareness programs.

Operating across urban and remote communities in the Northern Territory, they work closely with schools, detention centres, and community organisations to provide vital support services focused on building resilience and creating positive change for Indigenous youth and men.

With a deep desire to support Indigenous youth, co-founders Jahdai Vigona and Dante Rodrigues’ personal experiences led them to establish One Percent Program.

Dante's previous entrepreneurial pursuits together with Jahdai's transformative journey through martial arts training and strong advocacy for community empowerment, provide a vital foundation for their leadership.

Jahdai’s Tiwi and non-Indigenous heritage, together with Dante’s Tiwi and Portuguese ancestry, informs their unique perspective on "walking between two worlds", which deeply influences their business approach.
